Aisha Kakar is a licensed attorney in California with extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of contracts. Ms. Kakar has worked for several nonprofit organizations, and has utilized her diverse background to implement strategic and effective business operating contracts and agreements. Ms. Kakar joined the FLEXX team in 2018 as Vice President of Legal Affairs, and has developed the business and legal structure for the company. Ms. Kakar facilities all legal matters to ensure compliance with state and local regulations and operational procedures to maintain the highest quality of fitness services at FLEXX. As a Disability Rights Attorney, Ms. Kakar was inspired by FLEXX Fitness Club’s mission to offer free fitness classes to people with disabilities, and has developed a corporate legal strategy and plan to ensure necessary services and resources are in place to help achieve these goals.
