Ron Leibow has more than 40 years experience as a business lawyer (with emphasis corporate reorganization matters) with the international law firms of Kay Scholer LLP. In the past few years Ron has been engaged as a law firm consultant assisting law firms to reorganize and address partner compensation matters, and as business consultant for both newly emerging companies and those engaged in business restructuring. Ron was inspired by Yidnek’s history and dedication to the fitness industry, and joined the FLEXX team in 2018 as Senior Finance and Business Advisor, to provide FLEXX Fitness with his expert business and finance consulting services.
